After receiving your request for a refund and inspecting whether it complies with our guidance, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least eleven (11) days from receiving your request to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- The order can be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Electronic books and other materials can be returned within 14 days from purchase.
- It usually takes 10 days for the payment service to process the return.
